What is collected and why

If you send an enquiry, Liv collects the name, email address, message, and print selection you provide. This information is used only to reply, discuss a possible print order, and keep any records needed if you choose to proceed.

Providing this information is voluntary. If you do not provide a name, reply address, and message, Liv cannot respond to your enquiry.

Bot protection and service providers

The site uses Vercel for hosting and Formspree to receive enquiries, filter automated submissions, and notify Liv by email. These providers may process the information you submit and limited technical information, including an IP address, and may process information outside New Zealand. They receive information only as needed to provide those services.

Use, storage, and sharing

Enquiry details are not used for a mailing list or sold. They are available to Liv and the service providers above, and are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting order, meet record-keeping obligations, or resolve a dispute.

Access or correction

You can ask Liv for access to personal information held about you, or ask for it to be corrected. Use the contact form and include enough detail to identify the enquiry.
